You must be at least 18 years old to use TGPlug. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access

3. Description of Services

3.1 Platform Overview

TGPlug is a Telegram channel analytics and discovery platform that provides:

• Database of Telegram channels with statistics and analytics
• Channel comparison tools
• Ranking and discovery features
• Advertising and promotional services
• User accounts and dashboard functionality

3.2 Data Sources

Our platform aggregates publicly available data from Telegram channels through Telegram's public API. We do not access private channels or private user data from Telegram.

3.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TGPlug, a TGPlug employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by TGPlug, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

5.3 Trademarks

The TGPlug name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TGPlug or its affiliates or licensors.

6. User Content

6.1 Content Submission

The Platform may allow you to submit, post, or display content, including but not limited to channel submissions, reviews, comments, and feedback.

6.2 Content License

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Platform.

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database without written permission
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features
• Using any information obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts
• Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8.3 Effect of Termination

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TGPLUG, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TGPlug, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TGPlug operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
