Premium features like detailed analytics, historical data, and advanced comparisons require a free account. Advertising options are paid services.

No. TGPlug is an independent analytics platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc. "Telegram" is used descriptively to refer to the public platform whose channels we track.

Subscriber and growth data is collected from Telegram's public data on a daily schedule. Metrics that are not yet collected show a "Building…" state rather than an estimated value. Please note:

• Subscriber counts are rounded for channels with 1M+ members
• Growth percentages appear once enough daily history has accumulated for a channel
• Engagement, posting-time, and influence metrics are still being built and are not shown until collected

For the most sensitive decisions, we recommend verifying critical metrics directly with the channel owner.

Citation index is a planned intelligence metric that will measure how often other Telegram channels mention or forward a channel's content — a signal of influence and reputation. It is not yet live: it depends on cross-channel mention collection that is still being built, so channel pages currently show a "Building…" state for it rather than a number.

We update different metrics on different schedules:

• Subscriber counts & growth: collected daily
• Rankings: recalculated as data updates
• Engagement & influence metrics: being built — shown as "Building…" until collected

Last update timestamp is shown on each channel's detail page for transparency.

Win rate is a planned metric for betting tip channels that would track posted predictions and their outcomes over time. It is not yet live — it depends on post-level collection and verification that is still being built, so it is not currently shown on the site. We will only display a win rate once it can be calculated from real, tracked results.

Yes. Use the Compare page to put any two indexed channels side-by-side on subscriber count, 7D/30D growth (where enough history has accumulated), category, and country/language.

To suggest a new channel, use the Add Channel page. TGPlug reviews every submission before listing, and submission does not guarantee inclusion. Correction and removal workflows are still being improved — for now, send us the channel handle and what needs to change via Telegram Support or the Contact page, and we will review it manually.

No. Being indexed on TGPlug means we track a channel's public metadata and subscriber history — it is not an endorsement, quality guarantee, or verification of the channel operator, its content, or its claims. Always do your own research before acting on advice, tips, or offers from any channel, especially around betting, casino, and crypto content.

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
3. Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
4. Confirm the deletion

Note: This will permanently remove your account, saved channels, and reviews. Your channel listings (if any) will remain but be transferred to unclaimed status. This action cannot be undone.
